At Sun Diego Boardshop, we want you to be fully stoked on your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or similar packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and hardware is included.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return for condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
